All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, except for custom items which are processed within 7 days. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly through our website or with the carrier link provided.

All items are carefully packed to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Costumes and accessories may arrive in separate parcels depending on availability.

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
